The Electrical Life of Louis Decin is a film about the life of the English painter Louis Wain, who lived between 1980 and 1939.
Louis, who was not sent to school until he was 10 years old, has a difficult period at the school he started after the age of 10. Louis, whose life has changed since he entered the West London School of Art, makes art his focus. when he turns 23, he unites his life with Emily, with whom he fell in love and who is 10 years older than him.
