On You Raise Me Up, Do Yong-Sik is a man in his 30s who has impotence problems as well as gaining a lot of weight while preparing for a public service exam. When she meets the urologist she went to to fix this health problem, she realizes that her first love is Lee Ru-Da. Lee Ru-Da is a talented doctor with a beautiful appearance.
Do Ji-Hyeok, who is also his lover, is a man from a wealthy family, with a flawless appearance and a lot of smugness. While Lee Ru-Da, as usual, boasts about how perfect his first love was, he is surprised to see him quite differently from before when they meet again. To maintain his reputation, he decides to help him get back to his old self.
